Profiles in Leadership is hosted by Scott Brown, who is the founder of Stone House Coaching & Consulting, whose mission is to build smart leaders, strong teams, and intentional culture. Scott coaches senior-level leaders, trains leaders at all levels, and advises leadership teams on building the culture their companies need to thrive. He also serves as the Professor of the Practice for Entrepreneurial Leadership at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and as a faculty member at NC State Executive Education.
